With technical illustrations and online training our technical communication department can turn a complex process or procedure into a simple task or illustrate a complete service procedure eliminating the need for translated text. Our graphics are used in owner operator’s manuals, technical service manuals, installation sheets (I-Sheets) and animated presentations.

Riegner begins each training course with two questions; “Where is the person now in terms of their knowledge and skills?”, and, “Where do the person’s knowledge and skills need to be?” The answers define the starting point and end point. Then gap analysis is used to determine how the training will help them get there.
